Georges St. Pierre finally returns to the Octagon this evening, and Carlos Condit is waiting for him.
Also on the card, Johny Hendricks and Martin Kampmann go to war to determine who will be the next fighter to compete for the welterweight title.

Mark Hominick vs. Pablo Garza
Round 1: Garza throws early on. Hominick comes back, but he gets hit with a nice shot. Kicks from both fighters. They exchange again, but neither land effectively. Garza with kicks, but Hominick comes forward with a left-right combo. Hominick with a takedown. Garza looks for a sub, but the Canadian escapes. They are back to the feet. Nice shot to the body from Hominick. Garza is hurt. He works back to the feet. Now Garza with action as he lands on the feet. 10 seconds. Tought round to call. Round2: Garza gets top control early, and Hominick may be in trouble. Homiick attempts to escape, but he has little success. Elbows from Garza. Hominick is bleeding. Not much action, but Garza is dominating. Not a fun round, but a good round for Garza. Fight Day scores the round 10-9 for Garza.
Round 3: Nice left lands for Hominick, but Garza lands a better kick. Hominick with a nice combo. Garza with a takedown. Hominick tries for an arm bar, but fails. Garza continues to put the pressure on, and Hominick has no thing to show. This fight is over

Mark Bocek vs. Rafael dos Anjos
Round 1: The two trade strikes at the start, but Bocek quickly looks to clinch. He tries to take the fight down, but can't. Dos Anjos looks to strike. He lands a kick, but Bocek catches it. They're back up against the cage again. Dos Anjos shows some offense at the round's end. Fight Day scores the round 10-9 for Bocek.
Round 2: Second round stops almost immediately as Bocek lands a kick below the belt. They almost immediately get back to work, but Dos Anjos gets the fight down. Bocek looks for a kimura from his back, but Dos Anjos has a north-south position. Bocek rolls. He stands back up, but he seems to have opened up. Dos Anjos gets the fight back down and lands from top position. Bocek is in trouble.
Round 3: The fighters exchange early, but Bocek needs to get something together. Dos Anjos looks takedown, but Bocek is back to the feet. Bocek looks for a takedown, but he falls short. Dos Anjos with a takedown now, pressing the action. They fall into the clinch with 90 seconds to go. And the referee separates, but nothing happens.

Tom Lawlor vs. Francis Carmont
Round 1: Lawlor looks for a takedown early, but Carmont is ready to defend. And the referee makes them separate. They clinch, and Carmont looks for a kimura. He gives it up, and Lawlor continues to press him against the cage. Guilllotine choke from Lawlor at the end of the roynd, but his opponent escapes. Fight Day scores the round for Lawlor.
Round 2: Back and forth at the start of the round. Nothing happening. Lawlor with a takedown. Again, not much action. Lawlor stays on top to earn the judges's nod.
Round 3: Kick from Carmont to start the round. Nice punch from Lawlor. He keeps the pressure on, but Carmont keeps the pressure on. NIce shots from Carmont, but he can't stop his opponent. Lawlor with more offense. Carmont can't handle it. Time is running out.

Martin Kampmann vs. Johny Hendricks
Round 1: Nothing much to start this contest. Wow. Hendricks with a left hand. Kampmann gets floored. He follows with a couple more. This fight is over.

Georges St. PIerre vs. Carlos Condit
Round 1: St. Pierre presses forward. He is looking for a takedown early. The champion has it. He gets it. St. Pierre in top control. He maintains it, but Condit is trying to escape. He is struggling. He can't escape and he is bleeding, while St. Pierre , maintains top position. Fight Day scores the round 10-9 for St. Pierre.
Round 2: Condit look to come forward, but St. Pierre takes the fight to the floor at the midpoint of the round. St. Pierre looks for strikes while he is on top. He continues to pound away. Round 5: Condit comes forward, but St. Pierre does not seem afraid. Nice straight punch from Condit. He lands mother, but GSP doesn't seem afraid. Nice combo from St Pierre, who earns the takedown. Anderson Silva is watching closely. St. Pierre in top position. He gets the back. He rolls, and GSP can't do anything to submit him. This fight is over.
