"Big Rig" vs "Juggernaut" set for March 16

It looks like Johny Hendricks will have to wait a little longer for his title shot.

With welterweight champion Georges St. Pierre set to fight Stockton bad boy Nick Diaz at UFC 158, UFC officials have announced that Hendricks will fight Jake Ellenerberger at the same event scheduled for March 16th in Montreal.

Hendricks has been on the campaign trail for a title shot since knocking out Martin Kampmann in impressive fashion at UFC 154, bringing his win streak to five straight, including wins over contenders Josh Koscheck and Jon Fitch. "Big Rig" has also gone on record to state that he would not fight until it was for the championship, but with GSP set to fight Diaz obviously that will not be the case.

Ellenberger is coming off a decision win over Jay Hieron at UFC on FX: Brown vs Bigfoot. The victory marked his seventh in eight fights.

UFC 158 will be headlined by champion Georges St. Pierre vs Nick Diaz. The card also features the co-main event of Rory MacDonald vs Carlos Condit.
