Yves Edwards vs. Jeremy Stephens

Stephens is known for his knockout power, but Edwards was too much tonight. The Canadian landed a nice shot to drop to Iowan, and a vicious elbow followed, resulting in a stoppage. We've seen Edwards do well over the years, but this may very well be the biggest win of his career.

Official Decision: Edwards def. Stephens via technical knockout at 1:55b of Round 1 

Mike Easton vs. Raphael Assuncao

Easton attempted to continue to build on his enormous winning streak, but Assuncao had different plans. The late replacement counter-struck his way to a dominant victory, leaving his opponent clueless throughout most of the contest.

Assuncao def. Easton via unanimous decision (29-28, 30-27, 30-27)

Joe Proctor vs. Ramsey Nijem

It was a back-and-forth battle, and what fun it was. Nijem did the most work (and damage), but Proctor threatened often with several different submission attempts. Nijem, however, would go on to take the fight, giving him his third consecutive UFC win.

Nijem def. Proctor via unanimous decision (30-27, 29-28 29-28)

Daron Cruickshank vs. Henry Martinez

Martinez was tough, but Cruickshank was tougher. After two brutal rounds, Cruickshank land a nasty head kick to drop his opponent and become a factor in the UFC. From "The Ultimate Figheter" to "Knockout of the Night" candidate, Cruickshank isn't doing too bad for himself.

Dennis Siver vs. Nam Phan

Dennis Siver dominated this one, sending Phan back into the featherweight ranks. Phan attempted to battle back after a slow start, but Siver continuously pressed forward. His relentless attack prevented Phan from gaining any momentum, and Siver now finds himself as a legitimate 145 lb. contender.

Siver def. Phan via unanimous decision (30-24, 30-25, 30-26)

John Albert vs. Scott Jorgensen

Jorgenson need a win in this one, and that's exactly what he got. In a dominant performance, the WEC veteran managed to sink in a rear naked choke in the opening round. Now, Jorgensen must focus on the division's upper echelon, which he has struggled against.

Marcus LeVesseur  vs. Abel Trujillo 

LeVesseur was a late replacement for this contest, and Trujillo made him look like it. Trujillo nearly earned a first round stoppage, but his opponent fought through his barrage of strikes. The second round was a different story, as Trujillo earned a technical knockout and the biggest win of his career.
