Aldo agrees to Pettis fight in August
UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo has changed his mind regarding a fight against Anthony Pettis.
Pettis, a top contender in the lightweight division, recently requested a match up with Aldo, but UFC president Dana White revealed this week that Aldo didn't think "Showtime" was deserving.
Now, the fight is back on with Aldo on board.

The fight likely headlines the UFC's August 3 event, though that card has yet to be officially announced.
Pettis last competed on the January 26 card in Chicago, earning a technical knockout win over Donald Cerrone. He is currently on a three-fight winning streak, though this contest will be his debut at featherweight.
In an interesting development, John Morgan of MMAJunkie reports that Dana White confirmed with him that should Jose Aldo defeat Pettis, that he will earn a shot at the UFC Lightweight title holder. That belt is currently held by Benson Henderson.
