UFC 160: Jeremy Stephens Makes 145 lb. Debut Against Estevan Payan

UFC veteran Jeremy Stephens is the latest slumping lightweight to make the drop to featherweight as he will make his debut in this weight class at UFC 160 against Strikeforce standout Estevan "El Terrible" Payan.

Stephens has lost his last three fights and is most likely in danger of being cut from the promotion if he loses once again on May 25th in Las Vegas. He was recently upset by Yves Edwards at UFC on FOX 5 when he got caught with a punch in the first round.

Payan will be under quite a bit of pressure as well since this will be his first fight in the UFC. Undefeated in his last 8 fights, Payan's latest appearance was at Strikeforce's final event in which he scored a second round TKO victory over Mike Bravo.
