Strikeforce women's champion Ronda Rousey is breaking into the mainstream. That is, if she had not already officially done so.
Rousey will be one of six athletes that will be featured on the cover of ESPN The Magazine's Body Issue.
ESPN announced the news today.
The latest edition, the fourth of its kind, features some of the world's top athletes nude, though they are not totally revealed. Athletes include NBA Defensive Player of the Year Tyson Chandler, NFL Tight End Rob Gronkowski, and WNBA superstar Candace Parker.
Those three will also be featured on covers, while MLB slugger Jose Bautista and Daniela Hantuchova of the WTA are the other two.
A total of 27 athletes will be featured in the latest edition of the hit issue.
Rousey next competes this August when she will defend her title against top contender Sarah Kaufman in the main event Strikeforce's late-summer card.
